2. What data we collect
Contact forms: your name, email, company and the details you share about your project.
withORION waitlist: your work email, company and team size, and the optional context you add.
Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Technical data needed to deliver the website securely (such as your IP address and browser), processed by our hosting provider.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To manage the withORION waitlist and contact you about early access — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your request. If we end up working together, we keep it for the periods required by law (for example, accounting and tax). Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to remove it, and never longer than 24 months after our last contact.
5. Who has access to it
We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers that process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: our website and form provider (Framer) and our email and productivity providers. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hi@tako.media. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
